These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Swelta ("the App"), a golf swing observation app. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is an "observation tool." It is not a substitute for golf coaching, medical advice, or professional instruction. All numbers, skeletal data, and sync rates shown are informational and may contain errors. The developer is not liable for injury, illness, performance decline, or any other adverse outcome.
The App is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Reverse engineering, modification, redistribution, and commercial use are prohibited.
Swelta Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Pro features may be improved or changed over time to enhance the service. See "Service Changes and Termination" for how changes are handled, including advance notice of significant changes.
The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage and diagnostic data to improve the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of these features is also subject to Google's terms (https://policies.google.com/terms). Your swing videos, skeletal data, and scores are never sent to Firebase or any third party.
Videos you record or upload ("User Content") are stored only on your device. The developer does not have access to your User Content.
If you register another person's swing video (professional golfer, instructor, social media content, etc.) as an "ideal swing," you are responsible for complying with the relevant copyright, image rights, and service terms. The App makes no representation regarding third-party content rights.
